Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and managing the company's L&D strategy and programs
  • Conducting training needs analysis and developing training programs on various skill sets
  • Collaborating with HR leadership on talent development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Overseeing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Facilitating performance management systems and succession planning
  • Utilizing HR analytics to track program effectiveness and provide insights to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BBA, or any relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong expertise in employee development and training methodologies
  • Proficiency in HR software, LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
