Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and functional.
  • Provide support in event coordination and office activities.
  • Uphold office organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
