Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking.
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and functional.
Provide support in event coordination and office activities.
Uphold office organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
