Exciting opportunity for a Lead Assistant Manager in the Insurance Life & Annuities sector based in Pune.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance to support decision-making process.
Identify opportunities for margin enhancements and improved cash conversion.
Hold reviews to share insight on financial performance and forecast pipeline revenues.
Provide financial models to support customer contract renewals, bids, and new services.
Deliver accurate revenue & GM analysis to support pricing decisions.
Produce forecasts to inform senior management.
Partner with accounting team on monthly close process, audit, and cash flow forecasting.
Support preparation of annual Budget, P&L, CF & B/S and 5-year business strategic plans.
Track, report and forecast project costs.
Update cost and price book.
Monthly update and maintenance of Power BI tool.
Calculation of monthly sales commissions.
Prepare financials to support business cases and investment in new services.
Ensure timely payments and resolution of customer queries.
Promote strong control framework.
