Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the sales of Car Parking Systems and Car Elevators in Pune and Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Lead generation and conversion of leads into orders
Meet with builders, developers, and architects for planning-level discussions and order finalization
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in sales
Existing relationships with real estate developers
Proven track record in the construction and building industry
Effective communicator with good presentation skills
Experience managing large business volumes
