Job Description

Henkel is seeking an Executive Safety Inspector to conduct safety inspections, develop safety protocols, provide training, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites
Develop and enforce safety policies
Provide safety training programs
Investigate accidents and incidents
Maintain safety records
Ensure compliance with regulations
Develop emergency response plans
Act as a liaison for safety concerns
Oversee safety equipment
Prepare safety reports
Participate in risk assessments and hazard analyses

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Safety or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Safety
Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software
