Job Description

Syngene is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with functional departments and manage cost optimization. The role involves analyzing expense reports, supporting functional heads, and ensuring financial consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Identify cost drivers and optimize key expense heads
Analyze GL regularly and ensure expenses are correctly booked
Provide business reasons for variances to management
Collaborate with functional heads to support daily activities
Control budgets and ensure alignment with AOP
Assess and improve Opex-related processes for efficiency and cost control

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in FBP, Pharma experience preferred
MBA from Tier 1 institute
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience in SAP-FICO module and proficient in Excel
Knowledge of automation and digitization in finance
