The Training Manager - Assistant Manager - Training will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of training programs, team management, leadership, process knowledge, soft skills training, coaching, and continuous improvement. The role involves identifying training needs, developing training content, and supporting transitions within the organization.
1. Oversee training delivery and management
2. Lead and manage a team of Process Trainers and VNA Leads
3. Ensure process knowledge and soft skills training
4. Lead training needs identification efforts
5. Provide coaching and floor support
6. Optimize SOPs, workflows, and processes
7. Drive cross-skilling and role development initiatives
8. Manage stakeholders and reporting
9. Develop training content and ensure quality
10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
11. Provide transition support
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field. TTT certification required.
Experience: 8-10 years in BPO training with expertise in process training, soft skills development, and transition support. Healthcare staffing process experience preferred.
Skills: Training delivery, adult learning principles, TTT methodologies, MS Excel, PowerPoint, communication, LMS, coaching, stakeholder management, team leadership.
