Job Description

Tejas Networks is seeking a Lead Engineer - Thermal Design to join our global broadband, optical, and wireless networking company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, testing, and implementing cooling solutions to ensure product reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and test cooling solutions for electronic components
Create thermal test reports and simulation reports
Develop advanced cooling solutions using heat pipes and vapor chambers
Collaborate with vendors to address field issues

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
6-10 years of experience in thermal design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with CFD tools like Flotherm
