Job Description

The Deputy Branch Manager is responsible for managing and scaling up the retail banking business for the branch by executing growth strategies and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of the Branch, ensuring strict compliance with Bank's policies and procedures
  • Manage and complete branch audit by external auditors
  • Resolution of customer issues and queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor branch sales targets and strategize to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts
  • Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and training processes for employees
  • Evaluate new initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Post Graduate in MBA Finance
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business
