Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR guidance
Support talent management processes and attract top talent
Foster employee engagement and drive a culture of inclusion
Support change management initiatives and handle employee relations issues
Utilize HR analytics for insights and reporting

Qualifications

2-5 years of progressive HR experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics/reporting
