Job Description

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading sourcing and vendor onboarding efforts within your assigned cluster. You will build and manage relationships with local suppliers and partners, monitor and optimize procurement metrics, and contribute directly to Snabbit's growth on the ground.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• On-ground hustle mentality with the ability to work in dynamic environments
• Ability to lead local teams, vendors, and processes independently
