Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Assistant Manager with knowledge of the UK insurance industry to manage a team and ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities

Monitor transactions and make corrective steps or improvements
Provide coaching and feedback to team members
Assist new hires to be productive quickly
Provide inputs on process and system
Handle client interaction at Supervisor level
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards
Collect data for audits
Ensure agents know their goals and quality policy
Manage queue and work load balancing
Focus on innovation and handle escalations

Qualifications

Prior experience in the UK insurance industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Knowledge of ISO/COPC audits
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
