Responsibilities

  • Attend doctor's prescriptions at the sales counter
  • Dispense medicines as per prescriptions
  • Consult with doctors for substitutions
  • Manage home delivery register
  • Handle inbound calls related to drug information
  • Assist with cash handling and billing
  • Ensure proper storage of drugs
  • Maintain records of out-of-stock items
  • Conduct physical stock audits
  • Focus on achieving sales targets
  • Verify received items
  • Carry out assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • B. Pharma in Pharmacy
  • M. Pharma in Pharmacy (preferred)
  • Valid PCI License
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in inventory and stock management
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in dispensing and billing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
