Job Description

Join our team as a Product Manager in Treasury Services Foreign Exchange (FX) to lead product innovation, development, and launches in the Payments sector.

Responsibilities

Lead product development for FX Payments Embedded FX capabilities
Lead multidisciplinary teams on product enhancements, launch, and commercialization
Provide payments subject matter expertise and maintain product backlog
Complete change management activities and ensure regulatory compliance
Define requirements and collaborate with technical teams for optimal solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

Experience in product development in Foreign Exchange, Cross Currency, or Payments
Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities
Expertise in cross-currency solutions, SWIFT, and payment systems
Understanding of client payment needs and problem-solving skills
Data-driven decision-making and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
