Job Description

Lead the complaint handling process for customer complaints for the Regional Vegetables business by assisting in registration of complaints, coordinating root cause analysis, monitoring complaint settlement, and supporting the legal department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the complaint handling process
  • Initiate actions to gather data for analyses
  • File complaint management data accurately
  • Monitor complaint settlement process
  • Support and train local coordinators and stakeholders
  • Contribute to overall analysis of customer complaints

Qualifications

  • Average experience in seed operations
  • Ability to work effectively with regional organizations
  • Understanding of Vegetable business organization and processes
  • Knowledge of Quality management and SAP system
