Job Description

Join our team as an ERP Implementation Executive providing technical support to clients via chat, phone, and email. Work remotely or onsite to address daily issues and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients to provide technical support
Maintain daily issues and resolve within TAT
Review client feedback for quality improvement
Conduct pre-sales demos for prospective clients

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in ERP support
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience in remote/onsite helpdesk preferred
Knowledge of ERP implementation and tech support
