Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and consultation in organization design, talent management, team effectiveness, and more
Work independently or collaboratively to develop and implement OD, talent, and learning strategies
Enhance leadership teams' performance through assessments, coaching, and facilitation
Transform organizational design and culture through change management efforts
Design and facilitate meetings, interventions, and learning programs
Utilize HR and business data for decision-making
Stay current on OD trends and incorporate new practices
Partner with HRBPs and COE members to achieve goals

Qualifications

8-10 years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Master's in related discipline or MBA preferred
Formal Coach training or ICF accreditation is a plus
Experience in IT industry preferred
