Job Description

Satven is hiring a CAE Engineer - Seat Specialist for their team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate should have a BE/ME degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Aeronautical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of Seat CAE Models for Strength Analysis and comfort.
  • Ability to do Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections).
  • Able to build 1st Row, 2nd Row, and 3rd Row Seat models.
  • Able define all Mechanisms (Recliner, Latch, Track, etc).
  • Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
  • Responsible for all documentation of work and preparation of 'lessons learnt' documentation.
  • Participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues.
  • Responsible for verbal and written communication with customers.
  • Responsible for delivering projects successfully without any issues.

Qualifications

  • BE/ME in Mechanical, Automobile, or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Skills in Ansa, Hypermesh, Lsdyna, Primer, Metapost.
