Job Description

As the Store Manager of SMART, you will oversee the entire hypermarket operation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient store performance, and effective team management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees across various departments.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Champion a customer-first culture, resolving complaints and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
Drive sales growth by analyzing market trends, setting targets, and implementing promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or large-format store.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
