Job Description

HexaHealth is seeking a self-driven Sr Executive/Executive - Reconciliation & Recovery to manage collection processes and contact clients for outstanding payments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive collection activities and achieve targets with excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments to minimize debts.
  • Maintain a database of payment transactions.
  • Assist in improving collection strategies.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and monitor overdue cases.
  • Verify potential defaulters and visit customers for payment or product pick up.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivables and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Vendor Reconciliation.
