Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

Manage employee lifecycle processes
Ensure HR systems compliance
Prepare HR documentation
Maintain accurate employee records

Talent & Performance Management

Support workforce planning and talent acquisition
Facilitate talent review sessions
Coach managers on development planning

Employee Engagement & Culture

Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention
Analyze survey results and develop action plans
Promote a strong culture aligned with company values

Qualifications

Experience:

6+ years in HR with exposure to multiple functions
Experience in multinational environments
Experience in SaaS or healthcare tech industries preferred

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interpret data for HR decisions
Knowledge of global employment laws preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
SHRM/HRCI certification a plus
