Job Description

Join Amazon's Customer Service Stores Solutions (CS3) Content Team as a Content Editor with excellent writing and critical thinking skills. Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical and business teams to define company policy related to customer issues
  • Create and maintain Amazon Help pages for customers to answer their own questions
  • Utilize web analytics and SEO best practices to improve content discoverability
  • Lead continuous improvement projects related to content accessibility, usability, and branding

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in editing, technical writing, or content development
  • Proficiency in DITA, CMS, XML content, and translation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • Experience collaborating with design, UX, and product teams
