Join our team as a Senior Analyst in the Loans department, focusing on Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.

Support business analysis and drive end-to-end delivery in process transformation, data, and change management.
Act as a single point of contact for all program related queries and escalations.
Prepare and drive monthly business reviews meetings with the client.
Administration of various governance pillars including client engagement, knowledge management, resource management & BCP, and Control & compliance.
Ensure timely execution of project deliverables as per agreed quantity and quality SLAs.
Responsible for lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, and attrition management.
Liaising with shared services to facilitate timely completion of business deliverables.

Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
2 to 4 years of experience in Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.
Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
Time management skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.
Planning, organizing, and time management skills.
