Job Description

Join Tesco as an Associate HR Admin in Bengaluru to support HR and Payroll transactions, maintain colleague records, and ensure compliance with HR and payroll policies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational improvements using CI tools
  • Complete tasks within agreed KPI's
  • Coordinate HR & Payroll transactions
  • Maintain good working relationships
  • Answer HR and payroll queries
  • Ensure high accuracy in all transactions
  • Liaise with managers for pay-related queries
  • Apply UK legislation and company policies appropriately

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Experience in HR and payroll administration
  • Knowledge of UK legislation and payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
