- Making 60-80 cold calls per day
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable programs
- Counsel over the phone and provide information
- Interact with students, parents, and guardians
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve sales targets
- Support students in course selection and application process
- Provide information on admissions requirements and processes
- Coordinate application handling and communication with parents
- Maintain sales calls in CRM and report daily to management
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
