Join Zybisys, a technology solutions company specializing in managed services for the FinTech sector. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and promote Zybisys products.
Collaborate with the Field sales team to achieve sales targets.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Upsell products or services to existing clients.
Provide timely information to clients regarding products.
Review personal performance metrics against sales targets.
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Attend industry events to expand professional networks.
Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
Proven success in inside sales, preferably in IT services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling products or services.
