Job Description

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for data management, administrative support, coordination, customer support, compliance & reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Maintain records, ensure accurate data entry, and manage documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Handle emails, reports, scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Coordination: Work with front-office teams, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Customer Support: Process client requests, complaints, and documentation.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure policy adherence, assist in audits, and generate reports.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize back-office operations for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
