Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Operations & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for smooth business operations
  • Handle documentation, reports, and record-keeping
  • Assist in processing travel-related services such as visas, flight bookings, and packages
  • Support the management team with operational planning and execution
  • Maintain databases and ensure accurate data entry
  • Manage office supplies and oversee general office maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in operations/admin (experience in the travel industry is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
