Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a Team Leader for Engineering to provide technical leadership to a group of backend and frontend developers, QA engineers, and actively engage with the team to build the next-gen Identity Security Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to backend and frontend developers & QA engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological trends in the industry.
  • Provide architectural guidance in building enterprise-scale software.
  • Participate in software development cycles with emphasis on code quality.
  • Mentor engineers and ensure adherence to CyberArk Engineering practices.
  • Work with other teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Handle customer escalation issues and assist in hiring.

Qualifications

  • BE / B Tech /MCA or equivalent.
  • 10+ years hands-on experience in design & development of enterprise software.
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions and AWS technologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading a software development team.
  • Expertise in C# and .Net technologies.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and security best practices.
  • Experience with Agile, TDD, and test methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion.
