Job Description

Syngene International Ltd. is seeking an Executive to work in the Downstream Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, with 0-4 years of experience in Downstream Manufacturing for biopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

Maintain aseptic behavior inside BMP1 facility.
Perform all downstream activities like buffer preparation, chromatography operation, viral filtration, and TFF operation.
Operate and clean downstream equipment as per SOPs.
Maintain quality records and perform in-process product sampling.
Initiate complaint slips for DSP related areas and equipment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
0-4 years of relevant practical experience in Downstream Manufacturing.
Experience with CHO cell lines for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, etc.
