Job Description

Stantec is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support for desktop and mobile services. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining IT assets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve end-user IT issues both desk-side and remotely
  • Adhere to Service Management practices for IT Incident and Service Requests
  • Conduct Queue Management activities and monitor problem resolution progress
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and support policies
  • Ensure office IT environment is functional, secure, and documented
  • Provide operational support for desktops and applications
  • Collaborate with IT service teams for lifecycle management
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma/certificate in related field with 3+ years of IT experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and network technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and ITIL best practices
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams and promote innovation
