Job Description

Stantec is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support for desktop and mobile services. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining IT assets.

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve end-user IT issues both desk-side and remotely
Adhere to Service Management practices for IT Incident and Service Requests
Conduct Queue Management activities and monitor problem resolution progress
Maintain knowledge of product offerings and support policies
Ensure office IT environment is functional, secure, and documented
Provide operational support for desktops and applications
Collaborate with IT service teams for lifecycle management
Participate in IT projects and contribute to operational procedures

Qualifications

Degree/diploma/certificate in related field with 3+ years of IT experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and network technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and ITIL best practices
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams and promote innovation
