Job Description

Stratacent is seeking a QA Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have advanced programming skills in Java, Javascript, and Selenium WebDriver, along with expertise in automation testing tools.

Responsibilities

Advanced programming skills in Java, Javascript
Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and TestNG framework
Experience in Playwright is a plus
Strong understanding of various test automation tools
Experience in setting up parallel testing and cross-browser testing
Define testing scope and prioritize automation efforts
Strong experience with Page Object Model design
Expertise in database testing and automation
Hands-on experience with API automation
Experience in Agile test delivery
Configure and manage remote test automation runs
Leadership skills in managing automation engineers
Recommend tools and enhance automation strategies
Knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing practices
Expertise in integration, E2E, functional, and regression testing
Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence
