Job Description

The Wealth Management Automation & Workflow Solutions (A&W) team is responsible for driving business transformation across Wealth Management and beyond, with a focus on automation, process optimization, innovation, and centralization opportunities.

Responsibilities

GenAI Use Case Testing: Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the performance and accuracy of GenAI use cases
Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor business processes that leverage automation & GenAI
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Document any issues or defects in the AI model outputs and identify key themes and trends
Reporting & Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and any identified issues
Perform real-time quality checks on live GenAI use cases

Qualifications

At least 7 years of relevant experience in quality engineering/testing or similar field
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Knowledge in data analysis & reporting
