2-4 year of experience, preferred from Banking domain
Act as a primary POC for all terminal configuration requests and activation of payment methods for merchants
Understand banking partners' policies to drive timely TID allocation
Execute end to end cost queries internally & with banking partners
Collaborate & execute activities independently
Achieve TAT targets consistently
Work with cross-functional teams
Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience in the payments industry is essential
Strong communication skills, oral & written
Ability to negotiate with banks and maintain good internal and external relationships
Proven experience in Google Sheets or Excel
Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
Strong interpersonal skills
Hardworking with strong work ethics
