Job Description

Join Consilium Safety Group as a Service Engineer to work with advanced fire and gas detection systems. Collaborate with a global team to ensure safety compliance and provide essential support to clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire detection, gas detection, VDR, and safety systems.
Program, configure, and commission systems for optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair system errors, conduct inspections, and assist with modifications.
Ensure safety and operational standards compliance during all service tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders.
Assist in training team members and external customers.
Attend and complete training workshops and courses.

Qualifications

Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics (B-Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering preferred).
5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a marine background.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, electronic, and communication systems.
Familiarity with electronic equipment and system operations.
Previous experience working on ships is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and manage projects independently.
