Join our Search Platform team at Atlassian India and work on developing enterprise-grade search infrastructure to make data across Atlassian products searchable securely and reliably.

Responsibilities

Handle complex technical problems from design to launch
Lead code reviews, documentation, and bug fixes
Set architectural standards and apply them on new projects
Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

10+ years experience in software/technology leadership roles
Experience with Lucene, Solr, or other Search technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript
