Job Description

The Team Lead - Operations will manage a team to ensure consistent delivery of quality and productivity within agreed SLAs. The role involves overseeing processes, communication with stakeholders, and driving process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15 to 20 associates
  • Ensure team meets process SLAs consistently
  • Manage day-to-day planning for speed and accuracy
  • Optimize workflows and conduct process improvement initiatives
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience with 2 years as a Team Leader
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
