Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for IT professionals.
Identify, source, and screen potential candidates.
Conduct in-depth technical interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS.

Qualifications

4+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Strong understanding of IT modules and technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
