Job Description

Join Walmart Global Tech as a Senior Manager in Software Engineering and lead a high-performing team to develop SaaS solutions for retailers. Drive design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems while ensuring engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers and engineering leads working on Java, NodeJS, and other technology stacks
Establish best engineering practices and drive operational excellence
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable products
Participate in hiring, mentoring, and building agile teams
Interact with global engineering teams to contribute to technical strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 12+ years of software development experience
Prior experience managing agile technology teams
Hands-on experience with Java, NodeJS, and cloud-based solutions
Strong understanding of CS Fundamentals, Microservices, and Data Structures
