Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the front office, including guest services, front desk, and switchboard. They ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and efficient check-in and check-out processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations
  • Handle guest complaints and disputes
  • Supervise staff to meet operational and financial goals
  • Support and lead the front desk team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Implement customer service programs and policies
  • Support human resource activities
  • Provide information and support to supervisors and employees

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in guest services or related area, or a 2-year degree in relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
