As a Specialist in Shared Services - Pay & Benefits Accounting, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing monthly reports, applying accounting knowledge in payroll and employee-related liabilities, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand employee-related liabilities and their accounting treatment.
Prepare and process journal requests from payroll operations.
Maintain customized procedure lists for each country.
Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance.
Support audit processes and perform Flux analysis for payroll accounts.

Qualifications

M.Com/MBA/ICWA inter/CA inter with 3 years of full-time experience in Payroll or Employee-related liability accounting.
CMA (or) CA with 1-2 years of full-time accounting experience.
Experience with SAP (FI), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
