Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive will provide high-level hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and visitors in a premium managed office space provider.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all clients, guests, and visitors professionally and warmly.
Assist in client check-ins, guest registrations, and facility orientation.
Provide concierge services and handle visitor queries.
Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns.
Act as the first point of contact for service-related escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Conduct regular client engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a 5-star hospitality environment or equivalent premium service industry.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Fluent in English and local language with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and customer-oriented personality.
