Job Description

The Talent Management & Acquisition Head is a strategic and operational role responsible for workforce planning, succession planning, and development initiatives in building and nurturing Lactalis India's talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting
  • Strengthen employer brand
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Track and report recruitment and training metrics
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders for performance management
  • Identify high-potential employees and build development plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders for capability building
  • Analyse the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Carry out employee engagement surveys
  • Lead organizational development initiatives
  • Oversee the ZONES Dairy School Collaboration

Qualifications

  • MBA/MA/MSW with HR Specialization
  • 10-15 years of work experience
  • HR Analytics, Workforce planning, Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Learning & Development expertise
  • IT Knowledge: HRIS tools, Success factor, LMS, Social media tools, Applicant Tracking System
