Job Description

Whizz HR is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to join a major Ad/Marketing Agency. The role involves identifying new sales leads, maintaining client relationships, researching potential clients, and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify new sales leads and pitch services to potential clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients and create new business opportunities
Research organisations and individuals online to identify leads
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Plan new business initiatives in line with company's products/services
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Prepare presentations and sales displays
Inform clients about new developments in company's products
Develop quotes and proposals
Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets

Qualifications

Previous experience in business development or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong research and presentation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
