Third Bridge is a market-leading investment research firm seeking a Travel Coordinator based in Mumbai to provide top-tier travel experience for team members globally.

Responsibilities

Liaise with service providers to procure travel arrangements
Provide exceptional service to key stakeholders with planning and booking business trips
Communicate with employees regarding travel itineraries and address concerns
Maintain relationships with employees, vendors, and travel partners
Educate employees regarding travel policies and insurance

Qualifications

Prior experience as a travel consultant or similar role
Experience in corporate travel preferred
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in English
