Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects and Agile teams.
  • Oversee completion of requirement definitions, technical specifications, and system testing.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach team members on Scrum and Agile Principles.
  • Drive technology owners to successfully execute plans.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of work experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience as a Software Development Engineer or Test Automation Engineer.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile framework and technology infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently with good prioritization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Rally, Jira, etc.
