Lead end-to-end HR strategies, collaborate with ELT, standardize global policies, and drive talent & workforce planning.
Design and execute HR strategies across talent acquisition, organizational development, performance & rewards, and employee relations.
Collaborate with the ELT to shape organizational structure, drive culture-building initiatives, and translate business priorities into people plans.
Roll out and standardize global policies and programs while balancing consistency with local compliance and cultural nuances.
Develop and implement succession planning, workforce planning, and compensation & benefits frameworks.
8-10 years experience in a fast-scaling tech/SaaS startups/unicorns with hands-on ownership of HR.
Deep expertise in global HR policy, labor laws, and best practices.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and driving cross-functional alignment.
