Job Description

As a Facilities Executive for Soft Services, you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations and maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations and soft services, including cleaning, waste management, and maintenance of various areas.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures.
Manage and train housekeeping staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate with other departments.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, handle customer complaints, and conduct regular inspections.
Implement sustainable cleaning practices and green initiatives.

Qualifications

Any Graduate
Prior experience in facility management or housekeeping
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
