Job Description

Responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client's software/hardware/network based on service requests to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely response to client tickets
  • Perform root cause analysis and create action plans
  • Install and configure software/hardware based on service requests
  • Track tickets from acceptance to resolution
  • Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience in Desktop Support
  • Ability to adhere to SLAs and timelines
