Job Description

MUFG Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, collaborate with global teams, and drive operational efficiencies through system tools.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and gather business requirements from global teams.
  • Create a roadmap for regional system implementation with the Regional Operations team.
  • Prepare BRD, user manuals, and conduct trainings.
  • Maintain project data repository and prepare business process documentation.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • University graduate in business or related field.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of current technology trends.
  • Good experience with Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of requirements definition and software development lifecycle methodology.
